1) Agreement
By installing or using Apptap Sudoku (“App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2) License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the App except as permitted by law.
3) Accounts & Sign-in
You may use the App anonymously or sign in with providers (Google, Apple, Facebook). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
4) Purchases & Subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the app stores. All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the store’s policies. Some items are consumable and not transferable. Benefits like “Remove Ads” or VIP apply only to the account/platform where purchased unless explicitly stated.
5) Virtual Items
Coins, hints, auto-notes, second chances, tickets, and similar items are virtual and have no real-world value. We may adjust availability, balance, or pricing to maintain fair gameplay.
6) Leaderboards & Events
We may run leaderboards and events. We reserve the right to validate results, remove suspicious entries, and take action to prevent cheating or abuse.
7) Ads
The App may show ads. Some modes (e.g., Kids Mode) use non-personalized, families-eligible ads. You can remove ads with an eligible purchase where available.
8) User Content & Conduct
Do not use the App to break laws, harass others, or interfere with service operations. We may restrict access if we detect misuse, fraud, or security risks.
9) Data & Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to data practices described there.
10) Changes to the App
Features may change, be added, or removed. We may discontinue parts of the App, including events or items, at any time.
11) Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security/fraud reasons.
14) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your country of residence unless the store’s terms mandate otherwise.

1) الاتفاق
بتثبيت أو استخدام لعبة «Apptap Sudoku» (“التطبيق”)، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
2) الترخيص
نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراض قانونية. لا يجوز لك نسخ أو تعديل أو إجراء هندسة عكسية أو إعادة توزيع أي جزء من التطبيق إلا بالقدر المسموح به قانونًا.
3) الحسابات وتسجيل الدخول
يمكنك استخدام التطبيق دون حساب (كضيف) أو تسجيل الدخول عبر مزوّدين (Google أو Apple أو Facebook). أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يحدث ضمن حسابك وعن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول.
4) المشتريات والاشتراكات
تتم معالجة عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق والاشتراكات عبر متاجر التطبيقات. تخضع الفوترة والتجديد والإلغاء والاسترداد لسياسات المتجر. بعض العناصر قابلة للاستهلاك وغير قابلة للتحويل. مزايا مثل “إزالة الإعلانات” أو VIP تنطبق فقط على الحساب/المنصّة التي تم الشراء منها ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك صراحة.
5) العناصر الافتراضية
العملات، والتلميحات، والملاحظات التلقائية، والفرص الثانية، والتذاكر، وما شابهها هي عناصر افتراضية ولا تحمل قيمة نقدية في العالم الحقيقي. قد نقوم بتعديل التوفّر أو التوازن أو التسعير للحفاظ على عدالة اللعب.
6) لوحات الصدارة والفعاليات
قد ننظّم لوحات صدارة وفعاليات. نحتفظ بحق التحقق من النتائج وإزالة الإدخالات المشبوهة واتخاذ إجراءات لمنع الغش أو إساءة الاستخدام.
7) الإعلانات
قد يعرض التطبيق إعلانات. بعض الأوضاع (مثل وضع الأطفال) تستخدم إعلانات غير مخصّصة وملائمة للعائلات. يمكنك إزالة الإعلانات عبر شراء مؤهل عند توفره.
8) سلوك المستخدم
لا تستخدم التطبيق لخرق القوانين أو مضايقة الآخرين أو تعطيل تشغيل الخدمة. قد نقيّد الوصول إذا رصدنا إساءة استخدام أو احتيالًا أو مخاطر أمنية.
9) البيانات والخصوصية
يخضع استخدامك أيضًا لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على ممارسات البيانات الموضّحة فيها.
10) تغييرات على التطبيق
قد تتغير الميزات أو تُضاف أو تُزال. قد نوقف أجزاء من التطبيق، بما في ذلك الفعاليات أو العناصر، في أي وقت.
11) إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق “كما هو” دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع. لا نضمن تشغيلًا دون انقطاع أو خلوًا من الأخطاء.
12) حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نكون مسؤولين عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية الناشئة عن استخدامك للتطبيق.
13) الإنهاء
قد نعلّق أو ننهي وصولك عند انتهاك هذه الشروط أو لأسباب أمنية/احتيالية.
14) القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في بلد إقامتك ما لم تفرض شروط المتجر خلاف ذلك.
